The mission of Vibe Food items is to bring nutritious meals to its shoppers.

The new health and fitness food items eatery that specializes in acai bowls, smoothies and contemporary beverages opened Oct. 5 at 3139 Poplar Ave.

Bone broths, superfood coffees and teas, clean squeezed juice blends and immunity-setting up “shots” are also on the menu.

The freestanding setting up across from East Large University was formerly an E’s 24 Hour Cafe but has been transformed. Absent is the restaurant stuffed with banquettes. In its put is a mild-stuffed, vivid room with informal café seating.

The concept is a household affair.  Vibe Meals was launched in 2017 by the Weston family members.  The authentic place is in Lone Tree, Colorado, just outdoors of Denver. This is their 2nd locale.

The menu capabilities dishes produced with all-purely natural, “clean” elements that are equally gluten and dairy-free. No sugar is included.

“Our mission is that food stuff is medication,” said Kyle Weston. A junior at Rhodes College, he is the purpose the Colorado-based enterprise expanded into the Memphis place. “We want that smoothie to make you sense excellent.”

In 2010, he had been identified with celiac sickness. At that time, his family members became gluten-totally free and created a passion for food and diet program. “We figured out how critical diet regime is for us,” Weston said.

Mark Weston discussed that the small business thought arrived following his spouse Shannon, a corporate government for 26 many years, determined to retire. “She has a enthusiasm for wellness and foods,” he stated. “All the recipes have been made by her.”

The Memphis location was to be the family’s third or fourth restaurant.  But COVID-19 place a halt to the serious estate developments that ended up in the works in Colorado.
